We use Federal Express for delivery, and therefore are unable to deliver to APO/FPO addresses, as well as P.O. Boxes. We do not offer Saturday delivery. Please note: a customer signature is required for Basic and Priority deliveries, and all shipments over $500

Refused Shipments (back to top)
If you refuse any shipments from cloversilverlake.com, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to cloversilverlake.com. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.

Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site; occasionally we do sell out of certain products. If we are out of stock on an item that you've ordered, we will notify you via e-mail. Any changes will be reflected in your order total as well as your shipping confirmation. Please note that items are not guaranteed in stock due to orders being filled from multiple locations. If we are unable to complete your order, you will be notified via email within 5 business days.

Returns and exchanges are accepted on merchandise within 30 days of receipt for items that HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, and with ALL tags attached. Clothing must be in original condition, returned items that are not in this condition will be sent back to customer. Please note that some items may be subject to re-stocking fee. Please complete the return/exchange portion of your invoice and include it with your package. PLEASE NOTE: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All sale items are final sale. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Unfortunately, merchandise which is purchased at a store may only be returned at the Clover Silverlake store. The cloversilverlake.com Returns Department is unable to process a return for merchandise which was purchased at a store.

How do I make a return or exchange? (back to top)
Simply follow the instructions on the invoice included with your package. Securely pack and seal the return merchandise and invoice in an appropriate shipping box or envelope, and send back to us using an insured service to the above address. (This will provide you with recourse on your package, as we cannot accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves). Please complete and include the Merchandise Return Form with your package.


When will my credit card be refunded? (back to top)
Once your package has been received at cloversilverlake.com, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within five business days. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from cloversilverlake.com.

Gift cards are available for purchase online. We offer gift cards in the predetermined dollar amounts featured on our site. You may add this item to your cart and proceed to checkout for purchase. Gift cards are delivered using FedEx, with no shipping charges.

Track Order (back to top)
You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been successfully transmitted. In addition, a shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will include the tracking number for your package.

Guidelines (back to top)
Orders placed Monday-Friday before 1 PM PST will begin processing that day, excluding holidays, and will ship within 2 business days pending availability and credit verification. All orders placed after 1 PM PST will begin processing the next business day, and ship within 48 hours. Orders placed on Friday after 1 PM PST will begin processing on the following Monday. Cloversilverlake.com will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional identification provided for credit verification. We use Federal Express for delivery, and therefore are unable to deliver to APO/FPO addresses, as well as P.O. Boxes. We do not offer Saturday delivery.
